Belise St Pauls Terrace is a residential tower in Bowen Hills, Queensland. The tower offers outstanding views across Brisbane’s CBD. The tower is 25 storeys high, comprising a Roof Terrace, 18 storeys of apartments above a 2 storey retail podium and a 4 storey carpark.
A Premium system constructed the 72m high central core comprising a triple lift shaft and a lift lobby shear wall in 27 pours. The typical formed area/storey for this system was 155m2. The external forms and platform weighed 36T and were lifted by 4 No external Climbrams. The internal platform and forms in the lift shaft were lifted by 2 No Long Stroke jacks. A trailing platform was provided in the lift shaft to enable patching of support pockets required for the internal jacking system as the shaft was constructed.
A Deluxe system constructed a single stair core, commencing at Ground level, in 23 pours. The typical formed area/storey for this system was 81m2. The forms and platforms weighed 23T and were lifted by 2 No internal Climbrams. To speed assembly and dismantling, full height external cladding panels were provided. Precast stairs were installed through hatches provided in the internal platform.
The typical pour height for each system was 2.8m.The management team of our client, Dolcon Contracting, is the second generation of the well known Dolso family to operate Climbform Premium systems.
